11.3 5.4.10

1. I have no clue but I'm guessing that it can be used to prove my point on making "my can" smaller.

2. I can use this function to visually represent my surface area to my can by explaining it to the cans company and giving the function.

    1. The reason that you needed the new surface area function was to find the minimum by varying the radius.

    2. "Visually represent" means to graph a function, in this case.
